Frequently Asked
Common Questions
Is the roof inspection really free?
Yes. There is no cost or obligation for the inspection. A certified inspector will visit your property, document any hail or storm damage with photos, and walk you through the findings. If there's no damage, we tell you that too.
Will I have to pay anything for a new roof?
If your insurance policy is Replacement Cost Value (RCV) and your claim is approved for full replacement, your deductible is typically your only out-of-pocket cost. Actual Cash Value (ACV) policies may involve depreciation, which we'll explain in detail before any work begins.
How quickly can you come out?
We respond within 48 hours of your request in all active markets β usually much sooner during major hail events. Call us at (316) 277-0607 if you need a faster response.
Do you handle the insurance claim?
Yes. We meet with the insurance adjuster on-site, document everything, and handle the back-and-forth so you don't have to. We are an independent contractor β not affiliated with any insurance company β so we represent your interests, not theirs.
Will filing a claim raise my insurance rates?
Hail and wind damage are classified as Act of God claims, which generally do not affect individual rates. Rate changes are typically driven by area-wide loss patterns, not by a single claim. We always recommend confirming this with your own insurance agent before filing.
What if my claim is denied?
It happens, especially on the first pass. If our inspector found legitimate damage, we'll request a re-inspection with the adjuster, provide additional documentation, and pursue every option. Our claim success rate is around 98%.
